Educational Eligibility Criteria
- S/he should be qualified in competitive test to be held by the authority.
- The applicant should be a Law Graduate from a recognized institution / university.
- The speed for typing must be 30 words per minute (wpm) or at such speed that is specified by the Punjab Government or as the conditions applicable by the Punjab Civil Services (General and Common Conditions of Services) Rules, 1994.
- The one who has 120 hours course experience in the use of Personal computer or Information Technology in Office Productivity applications or Desktop Publishing applications from a reputed or government recognized institution which is ISO 9001, certified.
Or
- Posses a Computer Information Technology Course equivalent to ‘O’ level certificate of Department of Electronics Accreditation of Computer course (DOEACC) of Government of India.
- The candidate should be qualified in Punjabi and English typing test held by the recruiting authority.

The age of the applicant should be according to the 01 January 2021. Category wise age limit is as mentioned below:
