Pay Scale Salary
- Lower Division Clerk(LDC)/Junior Secretariat Assistant(JSA): Pay Scale for Level-II (Rs. 19,900 to Rs. 63,200).
- Postal Assistant(PA)/Sorting Assistant(SA): Pay Scale for Level-IV (Rs. 25,500 to Rs. 81,100).
- Data Entry Operator (DEO): Pay Scale for Level-IV (Rs. 25,500 to Rs. 81,100) and Level-V (Rs. 29,200 to Rs. 92,300).
- Data Entry Operator,Grade ‘A’: Pay Scale for Level-IV (Rs. 25,500 to Rs. 81,100).
Reservation
- Reservation for Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Other Backward Classes (OBC), Economically Weaker Sections, Ex-servicemen and Persons with Disabilities and other categories is available as per extant Government Orders.
- The commission makes selection of candidates in pursuance to the vacancies reported by the concerned Departments for various posts. The Commission doesn't have any role in deciding the number of vacancies of any User Department. Implementation of reservation policy, maintaining reservation roster of vacancies for different categories come under the domain of the User Departments.

Educational Qualification and Experience
- The basic requirement is a pass certificate in class 12 from a recognized board or university.
- For the post of DEO in the office of Comptroller and Auditor General of India, applicants must have studied science and math as main subjects in Class 10+2.
Note: Candidates who are appearing in their 10+2 standard can also apply provided they produce the educational qualification and the documentary evidence from the board/university as of 01 January 2020.

Admission to the Examination
In addition to the Admission Certificate, it is required to carry at least two (2) passport size recent color photographs, Original valid Photo-ID proof having the Date of Birth (DOB) as printed on the Admission Certificate.
Aadhaar Card/ Printout of E-Aadhaar, Voter’s ID Card, Driving License, PAN Card, Passport, ID Card issued by University/College School, Employer ID Card (Govt./PSU), Ex-serviceman Discharge Book issued by Ministry of Defense. Any other photo bearing valid ID card issued by the Central /State Government.
Mode Of Selection
- Candidates are shortlisted for Tier-II Examination on the premise of their performance in Tier-I Examination. Normalized uncountable candidates are accustomed confirm benefit and for final choice.
- There will be separate category-wise cut-offs in Tier-I and future Tiers for various posts i.e. (i) DEO, (ii) DEO Grade 'A' and (iii) LDC/ JSA and PA.
- Candidates are shortlisted for Tier-III Examination on the premise of their performance in Tier-I + Tier-II subject to having scored a minimum of thirty third marks in Tier-II Examination .Tier-III Examination i.e. talent Test/ typewriting orchid qualifying in nature.
- Skill check in Tier-III for DEOs is obligatory for all the qualified candidates.
- Candidates are shortlisted for showing within the Document Verification on the premise of their performance in Tier-I + Tier-II subject to their qualifying the talent check as per the qualifying standards fastened by the Commission.
