Qualification Eligibility Criteria





Jr. Engineer Assistant - IV (Electrical) / Jr. Technical Assistant - IV:  3 years Diploma in Electrical Engineering from recognized board / University with minimum of 50 prcent marks. Minimum 1 year of post qualification experience in operation / maintenance of Power Generators / Distribution Sub-Stations (LT and HT at 0.4 KV and 6.6 KV level or above respectively) / Maintenance of HT / LT Switch gears (PCC / MCC) / Transformers / Motors / ACBs / VCBs / UPS / Battery Chargers / Variable speed drives / protective relays including electro-magnetic / Static / Numerical relays in Petroleum Refinery / Petro chemical / Heavy Chemical / Fertilizers/Power Plants / large industrial establishments.





Junior Quality Control Analyst - IV: B.Sc. with Physics, Chemistry / Industrial Chemistry and Mathematics with minimum of 50 percent marks. For General, EWS and OBC (NCL) candidates & 45 percent in case of SC / ST/ PwBD candidates against reserved / identified for PwBD positions. Minimum 1 year of post qualification experience in handling instruments like HPLC,XRF,WDXRF,GC,ICAP,AAS, Auto Analyzers, Flash Points, etc. in a Petroleum Refinery / Petrochemical / Heavy Chemical / Gas Processing Industry / Fertilizers / Power Plants / large industrial establishments.





Junior Engineering Assistant - IV (Fire & Safety): Metric plus Sub-Officer's Course from NFSC Nagpur or Equivalent (Regular Course) from any other recognized institute, with Heavy Vehicle Driving License. Minimum 1 year of post qualification experience in Fire & Safety set-up involving handling of fire-fighting equipment, fire water networks, related communication systems, emergency handling, fire-fighting, operation of fire tenders / pump-house, etc. in a Petroleum Refinery / Petrochemical / Heavy Chemical / Gas Processing Industry / Fertilizers / Power Plants / large industrial establishments.





Guidelines





As per clause 7 of the Guidelines and Criteria for Physical Fitness for Pres-Employment. For Technical function persons to be recruited. Fire Safety will have to additionally meet the following.
- Height:
Male: Minimum 165 centimeters. Relaxation by 5 (five) centimeters in case of Garhwalis, Assamese Gorkha and members of Schedule Tribe.
Female: Minimum 157 centimeters. Relaxation of 2. 5 (two) point five cms in case of Garhwalis, Assamese Gorkha and members of Schedule Tribe.
- Chest: Male: 81 (eighty one) centimeters Unexpanded and 86 (eighty six) centimeters Expanded (Fully expanded with minimum 5 (five) centimeters Expansion)
- Weight: Male: Minimum 50 (Fifty) kilograms. Female: Minimum 46 (forty six) Kilograms. Dis-qualification: BMI beyond 28 (Twenty-eight) with systemic involvement for candidates up-to 35 (Thirty five) years of age BMI beyond 30 (Thirty) with systemic involvement for candidates above 35 (Thirty five) years
- Medical Standard For Male and Female:
a. Vision – Better Eye – 6 / 6 without aid (Eligible vision 6 / 6 only) Worse eye 6 / 12
b. No Color Blind-ness
c. No Night Blind-ness
d. Must not have knock knee, flat-foot, squint eyes and stammering.

Results of the ultimate year / final semester of the Degree/ credential course. Just in case the date of Declaration of result is not mentioned within the Mark Sheet. The candidate should submit a certificate mentioning the date of publication of result. From the Principal of the faculty from where the candidate pursued his/ her diploma/ graduation course, at the side of his/ her application kind.
10 serious Vehicle permit (applicable for candidates applying for the post of JEA-IV(F&S) – Post code 207)
11 Latest Caste/ class Certificate (applicable for SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/EWS candidates) in the prescribed format.
12 incapacity Certificate (applicable for PwBD candidates) within the prescribed format
13 Discharge Certificate (applicable for ExSM candidates) within the prescribed format
14 Proof of requisite post qualification expertise. (Experience Certificate OR Appointment Letter and Last pay Slip/ Latest pay Slip
OR Clear unleash Order etc. issued by the leader are going to be acceptable as valid proof for Post-Qualification expertise.)
15 A Self-certified copy of Relevant Page of record as proof that the corporate may be a Large Industrial institution where post-qualification expertise (mentioned within the detailed advt.) is needed to be in massive Industrial institution.
