Eligibility Criteria

1. Vice President (IT)

• Age Limit: 45 to 55 years (as of March 31, 2025)
• Educational Qualification:
  • B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science/IT or
  • M.E/M.Tech in Computer Science/IT or
  • MCA or equivalent from a recognized university.
• Experience:
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, including at least 2 years in a leadership role such as AGM or equivalent, in either public or private sector banks.
  • Hands-on experience in Core Banking Solutions (CBS).

2. Executive Vice President (IT)

• Age Limit: 45 to 55 years (as of March 31, 2025)
• Educational Qualification:
  • Engineering Graduate (Computer Science/IT) or MCA or
  • Graduation/Post Graduation with professional IT certifications.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 15 years in IT, including 5 years in Senior Management (Scale VI/VII or equivalent).
  • Expertise in Banking IT, Cybersecurity, Digital Payments, or Financial Networks.

3. Deputy Vice President (IT – CISA Qualified)

• Age Limit: 38 to 45 years (as of March 31, 2025)
• Educational Qualification:
  • Engineering Graduate (Computer Science/IT) or MCA or
  • Graduation/Post Graduation with CISA/CISSP/CISM certification.
• Experience:
  • At least 8 years of experience in IT, including 2 years focused on Information Security within the banking sector.

Salary & Remuneration

• Vice President (IT): As per Scale VI officer
• Executive Vice President (IT): As per Scale VII officer
• Deputy Vice President (IT – CISA Qualified): As per Scale V officer
