SIDBI Opens Recruitment for 72 Grade A and Grade B Posts in 2024

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

  • Assistant Manager Grade A (General Stream):
    Candidates should possess a degree in a relevant field or hold professional qualifications like CS, CMA, ICWA, CFA, CA, or an MBA/PGDM in any discipline.
  • Manager Grade B (General Stream):
    Applicants must have a Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in any field.
  • Manager Grade B (Legal Stream):
    A degree in Law (LLB) is required for candidates applying in this stream.
  • Manager Grade B (Information Technology Stream):
    Candidates should have an Engineering/Technology degree in a relevant area or a Master’s degree in Computer Applications (MCA).

Age Limits

  • Assistant Manager Grade A:
    Candidates must be between 21 and 30 years old as of 8th November 2024.
  • Manager Grade B (All Streams):
    Candidates must be between 25 and 33 years old as of 8th November 2024.

Selection Process

The selection procedure for SIDBI’s Grade A and Grade B recruitment consists of three key stages:

  • Online Examination (Phase I):
    The first phase of the online exam will take place on 22nd December 2024. This phase will test candidates on general knowledge, reasoning skills, and quantitative aptitude.
  • Online Examination (Phase II):
    Candidates who succeed in Phase I will progress to Phase II, scheduled for 19th January 2025. This phase will focus on assessing candidates’ professional knowledge relevant to their chosen positions.
  • Interview:
