Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
Candidates must possess an MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/PGDM/PGDHRM or equivalent in HR/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Labour Welfare/MHROD. Alternatively, candidates holding an MBA with a focus in Human Resources or Personnel Management are also eligible.
Experience:
A minimum of 23 years of post-qualification experience in various areas of Human Resources Development, including but not limited to:
- Talent Acquisition and Retention
- Skill Development and Competency Building
- Performance Management
- Employee Relations and Compliance with Labour Laws
- Implementation of HR Policies
- Manpower Planning and Training & Development
- Welfare and General Administration
- Disciplinary Procedures
Age Limit:
- Maximum age limit is 53 years as of May 22, 2025
Relaxations:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (NCL): 3 years
- PwBD: 10 years (additional relaxation as per category)
- RITES employees: 5 years over and above the upper age limit
