The Central Bank of India, a prominent public sector bank with an extensive network of over 4,500 branches and a workforce exceeding 33,000 employees, is inviting applications from retired officers (Scale II, III, IV) of Central Bank or other public sector banks. The engagement is for the position of Faculty Member at its Centres for Learning & Development (CLDs) on a contractual basis for the financial year 2025–26.

Eligibility Criteria

  1. Retirement Status: Applicants must have retired on or before 1 May 2025 upon reaching the age of 60, serving in Scale II, III, or IV, from the Central Bank of India or any other public sector bank.
  2. Professional Experience:
    • Demonstrated expertise in specific banking domains such as credit, risk management, treasury, or operations.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a training capacity.
  3. Disciplinary Record:
    • No major penalties imposed in the last 5 years preceding retirement.
    • No minor penalties imposed in the last 3 years preceding retirement.
    • Not listed in the Doubtful Integrity List during the last 5 years of service.
    • No criminal record.
  4. Health and Age:
    • Should be in good health.
    • Age should not exceed 63 years as of 1 May 2025.

  • No additional benefits or allowances are applicable.
  • Travel expenses for official duties will be reimbursed as per Middle Management Grade Scale III norms, regardless of the scale at retirement.
