Oracle Global Services Center (GSC) is looking for a Fusion HCM Technical Consultant to join its growing cloud consulting team in India. The team is dedicated to enabling Oracle’s customers to seamlessly adopt Oracle Cloud Solutions, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and long-term success.

Job Description
This is a senior consulting role requiring independent operation and technical expertise. The consultant will be responsible for:
- Produce high-quality deliverables independently or as part of a collaborative team.
- Manage a variety of complex tasks, applying sound judgment to implement Oracle products and technologies that fulfill customer needs.
- Utilize Oracle’s methodologies and best practices to create functional and technical solutions.
- Occasionally take the role of team lead for projects, contributing to planning, monitoring, and updates to the Project Manager.
Responsibilities
- Develop and configure detailed solutions for customer projects.
- Consult with customer management on solution implementation.
- Identify, assess, and resolve complex technical challenges.
- Participate in requirement gathering, design workshops, configuration, testing, and go-live activities.
- Engage in business development activities to expand Oracle’s consulting offerings.
Skills and Experience Requirements
Technical Expertise
- Experience: 4 to 6 years of relevant HCM application experience, with at least 3 end-to-end HCM Cloud implementations.
- Core Expertise:
- Cloud HCM conversions, integrations (HCM Extracts & BI Publisher), and reporting (OTBI & BI Publisher).
- Expertise in Fusion technologies like HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and BI Publisher Reports.
- Personalization and customization using Design Studio.
- Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Advanced knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), ADF, Java, PaaS, and DBCS.
Functional Knowledge
- Sound understanding of the Hire-to-Retire cycle in HCM.
- Specialized expertise in at least two of the following modules, along with Core HR:
- Time and Labor
- Absence Management
- Payroll
- Benefits
- Compensation
General Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-solving, flexibility, team collaboration, and leadership abilities.
- Effective planning, follow-up, and mentorship skills.
- Client management experience, with the ability to handle complex functional and technical issues.
Education
- Engineering degree in any discipline or an MCA.
- MBA (HR) candidates are preferred for functional roles.
Additional Requirements
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for short or long durations.
