Bharuch Dahej Railway Company Limited (BDRCL), a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) incorporated under the Companies Act, is inviting applications for the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The company was established in the state of Gujarat under the National Rail Vikas Yojna (NRVY), a project launched by the Ministry of Railways, Government of India, to provide railway line connectivity and infrastructure development. As part of its mission to promote efficient railway operations, BDRCL now seeks to hire a highly qualified and experienced finance professional to serve in a senior leadership role, Managing the company’s financial activities and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Age Limit

• The upper age limit is 50 years as of 30th April 2025.

2. Educational Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university
• Must possess a Chartered Accountant (CA) certification awarded by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
• Membership of ICAI is mandatory

Desirable Qualifications:

• Holding a Diploma or Certification in Ind-AS or GST from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) is required.
• Preference will be given to candidates who have worked as Key Management Personnel (KMP) in a PSU or company in the Railway or Logistics sector
• Candidates with Computer/IT proficiency will be preferred

3. Post Qualification Work Experience

• Minimum seven (7) years of post-qualification experience in:
  • Corporate accounting
  • Finance and taxation
  • Preparation and finalization of annual accounts
  • TDS, GST, Advance Tax, Ind-AS compliance, etc.

4. Skills Required

• Strong communication skills: written, verbal, and presentation
• Fluency in English
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal abilities

Salary and Pay Scale

• Designation: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
• Grade: E-4
• Pay Scale (IDA): ₹70,000 – ₹2,00,000
• Other Emoluments: As per company policy in accordance with IDA pay scales

The salary and perks offered will be in line with the company’s standards and will include allowances, benefits, and incentives as per rules applicable to the E-4 level executive positions.
