Key Responsibilities

As a Junior Data Analyst, your primary responsibilities include:

  • Data Discrepancy Management: Identifying and managing inconsistencies in data while ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • Data Review: Conducting reviews based on defined guidelines, including:
    • SAE reconciliation
    • Third-party data reconciliation
    • STATS checks
  • Protocol Familiarity: Gaining a thorough understanding of study protocols to ensure the clinical database and study designs are consistent and complete.
  • Risk and Issue Communication: Identifying and reporting risks or issues to the Project Data Manager (PDM).
  • Regular Reporting: Sending detailed reports to the PDM at scheduled intervals.
  • CPT Updates: Consistently updating the Clinical Process Tracker (CPT) as per defined timelines.
  • Issue Logs: Maintaining and updating issue logs regularly for ongoing projects.
  • Document Acknowledgement: Managing sticky note acknowledgments in Rave for studies with paper components.
  • Document Management: Uploading processed documents to the designated SharePoint repository.
  • Milestone Adherence: Ensuring all assigned activities are completed within the agreed milestone dates.
  • Information Gathering: Proactively asking questions to acquire information needed to achieve project goals.
