Job Description

As a Campaign Management New Associate, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, ensuring their smooth execution, and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the digital media planning ecosystem, including expertise in areas like ad operations, programmatic advertising, PMP, PMPG, and RTB.
  • Understand, implement, and manage data-driven digital marketing RFPs.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign execution to ensure timely launches and adherence to schedules.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve campaign discrepancies while keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Exhibit a keen eye for detail and ensure accuracy across all tasks.
  • Apply creative problem-solving skills to address challenges and pivot strategies based on data insights.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and empathy in team and client interactions.

What Are We Looking For?

  • Experience: 2+ years in Ad Operations or related fields.
  • Skills and Knowledge:
    • Familiarity with digital marketing terminologies and metrics, including CTR, CPL, and CPI.
    • Basic understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, media channels, and tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, AdWords, and Facebook Ads Manager.
    • Ability to think creatively and explore “outside-the-box” solutions.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • A data-driven mindset combined with strong business acumen.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team setting.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Solve routine problems using general guidelines and precedents.
  • Collaborate with team members and direct supervisors for guidance on tasks and assignments.
  • Execute work as an individual contributor with a focused scope.
