BISAG-N, an autonomous scientific society under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India, is inviting applications for various contract-based positions. The vacancies are available for both technical and administrative roles, and the recruitment is on a contractual basis. The engagement is initially for three years, with the possibility of an extension based on the performance and requirement of the Institute.

Technical Manpower – 1

• Educational Qualification:
  B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, Instrumentation & Control, Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or MCA / MSc (IT) with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA/CPI from a recognized university.
• Experience:
  • Proficiency in Python/Java.
  • More than 2 years of experience in Geo-Spatial Technology applications.

  • 140 for candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience
  • 73 for candidates with a minimum of 4 years of experience

Technical Manpower – 2

• Educational Qualification:
  M.E/M.Tech or an equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, Instrumentation & Control, Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent CGPA/CPI from a recognized university.
• Experience:
  • Proficiency in Python/Java.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Geo-Spatial Technology applications.

Technical Manpower – 3

• Educational Qualification:
  Masters in Planning with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized university.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Geo-Spatial Technology applications.

Accounts Manpower

• Educational Qualification:
  A Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree with at least 55% marks, along with qualifications such as CA/CS/Inter-CA/Inter-CS.
• Experience:
  • A minimum of 8 years of pertinent experience in accounting, financial planning, budgeting, PFMS, Government Financial Rules (GFR), taxation, as well as statutory and internal audits within government or autonomous organizations.

Admin Manpower 1

• Educational Qualification:
  Degree in Law (LLB) with a minimum of 60% or equivalent CPI/CGPA and Company Secretary (CS) qualification.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Government/Autonomous bodies in drafting, negotiating, and executing legal agreements/contracts, MoUs, etc.

Admin Manpower 2

• Educational Qualification:
  MBA with an engineering background (4+2 years/5 years combined course) with a minimum of 60% or equivalent CGPA.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in dealing with Administration, Estate management, HR, and Coordination in Government/Autonomous bodies.

Eligibility Criteria

• Age Limit:
  Applicants must not be more than 40 years of age on the date of the publication of the advertisement.
• Experience:
  • Applicants must possess the experience mentioned for each role.
  • Experience in Geo-Spatial Technology is crucial for technical positions.
  • For administrative and accounts roles, relevant experience in government/autonomous bodies is required.
• Educational Qualifications:
  • The minimum qualifications are as outlined for each respective role. The educational degrees must be from recognized universities.

Salary Structure

• Remuneration:

Selection Process

1. Initial Screening:

   The selected candidates will be required to work on a full-time basis and will not be allowed to take up any other assignments during the contract period.
3. Station of Posting:
   The candidates can be posted in Gujarat or New Delhi, depending on the position and requirement.
4. Termination:
   The contract may be terminated by BISAG-N with prior notice if the individual’s performance is not satisfactory.
