Key Responsibilities
- Corporate Awareness and Relationship Building
- Build and maintain strong connections with corporates, serving as the entry point for establishing banking relationships.
- Leverage professional networks to enhance awareness and penetration of digital banking services within corporate environments.
- Communication and Sales Skills
- Demonstrate exceptional communication and presentation skills to address and engage corporate clients effectively.
- Promote Kotak 811 digital banking products to mapped corporate salary (Corp Sal) customers.
- Cross-Selling and Value Addition
- Cross-sell various bank products to existing customers.
- Offer investment and insurance products tailored to client needs, enhancing the overall customer value.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain complete and accurate relationship records for assigned customer accounts.
- Address customer queries and complaints efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Track turnaround times for resolving issues to uphold service quality standards.
- Product Awareness and Promotion
- Inform customers about new products and enhancements to deepen banking relationships.
- Work with other group companies to promote Kotak JIFI products among employees of the group.
- Account Penetration
- Facilitate the opening of family/group accounts from the existing mapped customer base.
- Drive customer loyalty by going beyond their immediate needs and offering complementary products.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (Minimum).
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience (Liability Sales or KYC knowledge is advantageous).
- Technical Skills:
- Must possess an Android phone.
- Familiarity with digital tools for banking and sales processes.
- Other Requirements:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively within Pune city limits.
- A two-wheeler is mandatory for ease of travel.
