  • Transfer Policy: Candidates may be transferred to any RailTel office across India, including subsidiaries, joint ventures, or business associates, based on administrative or business requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

Assistant Manager (Legal)

  • Age Limit: 21–28 years
  • Educational Qualification:
    • Mandatory: Full-time LLB degree
  • Desirable Experience: Candidates with prior experience in a PSU or listed entity in areas outlined in Annexure-I will be preferred.

Assistant Company Secretary (ACS)

  • Age Limit: 21–30 years
  • Educational Qualification:
    • Mandatory: Graduate with Associate/Fellow Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI)
    • Desirable: Full-time LLB degree
  • Experience:
    • Mandatory: Minimum 2 years in a government or private organization with a turnover of ₹150 crore or more.
    • Desirable: Experience in a PSU or listed entity in areas outlined in Annexure-I.

Selection Procedure

The selection process for recruitment will consist of the following:

  • Written Test/Skill Test and Interview: Depending on the number of applicants, some candidates may only have an interview.
  • Minimum Qualifying Marks: A score of 60% or more is required to be considered for selection.
  • Final Selection: Candidates will be chosen based on merit and the number of vacancies available.

  • For General/OBC Candidates: ₹1200
  • For SC/ST/PwBD Candidates: ₹600 (Refundable upon participating in the recruitment process and submitting valid category certificates).
  • Payment Method: A Demand Draft must be drawn in favor of ‘RailTel Corporation of India Limited’, payable in New Delhi.

Relaxation in Age Limit
