1. Deputy Director (Cost)
Pay Matrix Level: 11 (₹67,700 – ₹2,08,700 as per 7th CPC)
Eligibility Criteria:
- A. Deputation:
- From: Employees of Central/State Governments, Universities, Recognized Research Institutes, Public Sector Undertakings, Statutory/Autonomous Organizations, Major Ports Authority, Courts, Tribunals, Higher Judicial Service, etc.
- Experience:
- Holding analogous posts in the parent cadre/department on a regular basis; OR
- With 5 years of regular service in Pay Matrix Level-10 (₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500 as per 7th CPC) or equivalent.
- Educational Qualification:
- Essential:
- Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India (ICWAI), Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), or Graduate/Post Graduate in Commerce with an MBA in Finance.
- 5 years of experience in cost/accounting work/tariff fixation, preferably in Ports or other Regulatory Authorities.
- Desirable: Degree in Commerce and Accounts from a recognized university.
- Essential:
- B. Contract:
- Eligibility: Retired personnel from the same background who held a post at Pay Level-11 or equivalent.
- Age Limit: Must not exceed 64 years of age as on the last date of receipt of applications. The maximum period of engagement is 3 years or until the individual reaches 65 years of age, whichever is earlier.
- Remuneration: Monthly remuneration will be calculated by deducting the basic pension from the pay drawn at the time of retirement, along with applicable Transport Allowance.
- TA/DA: TA/DA will be provided as per normal rules for equivalent ranks in the Central Government for travel outside Mumbai.
2. Assistant Director (IT)
Pay Level: 10 (`₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500 as per 7th CPC)
Eligibility Criteria:
A. Deputation:
- Eligibility: Open to employees from Central/State Governments, Universities, Recognized Research Institutes, Public Sector Undertakings, Statutory/Autonomous Organizations, Major Ports Authorities, Courts, Tribunals, Higher Judicial Service, and similar entities.
- Experience:
- Must be holding an analogous position in the current department or organization.
- Alternatively, must have a minimum of 5 years of regular service in Pay Level-7 (`₹44,900 – ₹1,42,400 as per 7th CPC) or an equivalent position.
- Educational Qualifications:
- Essential:
- MCA, Master’s degree in Computer Science, M.Tech in Computer Applications, or a B.E./B.Tech in Computer Technology from a recognized university.
- Additionally, 3 years of experience in electronic data processing and hands-on programming work.
- Desirable:
- Knowledge of cyber laws and experience in implementing ISO 27001 standards.

3. Stenographer Grade-C
Pay Level: 6 (`₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400 as per 7th CPC)
Eligibility Criteria:
A. Deputation:
- Eligibility:
Open to employees from Central/State Governments, Universities, Recognized Research Institutes, Public Sector Undertakings, Statutory/Autonomous Organizations, Major Ports Authorities, Courts, Tribunals, Higher Judicial Service, and similar entities. - Experience:
- Must be currently holding an analogous position; or
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in the role of Stenographer Grade-D.
- Educational Qualifications:
- Essential:
- A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- Proficiency in English shorthand with a speed of 100-120 words per minute and typing at 40 words per minute.
- Desirable:
- Familiarity with computer operations and word processing software.

B. Contract:
- The contract eligibility criteria are identical to the deputation criteria above, with a requirement of at least 5 years of experience in a stenographer position.
4. Stenographer Grade-D
Pay Level: 4 (`₹25,500 – ₹81,100 as per 7th CPC)
Eligibility Criteria:
A. Deputation:
- Eligibility:
Open to employees from Central/State Government departments, Universities, Recognized Research Institutions, Public Sector Enterprises, Statutory or Autonomous Organizations, Major Ports Authorities, Courts, Tribunals, and Higher Judicial Services, as well as similar institutions. - Experience:
- Holding an equivalent post; or
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Pay Matrix Level-2 (`₹19,900 – ₹63,200 as per 7th CPC).
- Educational Requirements:
- Essential:
- Matriculation or equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in shorthand with a speed of 80 words per minute (in English or Hindi) and typing at 40 words per minute.
- Desirable:
- Skills in computer usage and familiarity with word processing applications.

B. Contractual Basis:
- The eligibility criteria for the contractual role are identical to those for deputation, requiring a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a stenographer.
