NPCC Finance Recruitment 2024: Apply for Manager and Deputy Manager Positions

Eligibility Criteria

The recruitment drive requires candidates with a strong academic background and relevant work experience in finance:

  1. Manager (Finance):
    • Educational Qualification: CA (Chartered Accountant), CMA (Cost and Management Accountant), or MBA (Finance).
    • Experience: Minimum 08 years of post-qualification experience in finance-related roles.
  2. Deputy Manager (Finance):
    • Educational Qualification: CA, CMA, or MBA (Finance).
    • Experience: Minimum 08 years of post-qualification experience in finance-related roles.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting, with experience in managing and overseeing financial operations. Both positions demand high levels of expertise in financial decision-making and the ability to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment.

Age Limit

  • For the Manager (Finance) role, the maximum age limit is 35 years.
  • For the Deputy Manager (Finance) role, the maximum age limit is 30 years.

Age relaxation may be applicable as per government norms for candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwBD/EWS/Ex-Servicemen categories.

Pay Scale

The selected candidates will receive competitive salaries based on the pay scale determined for each position:

  • Manager (Finance): ₹50,000 to ₹1,60,000 (E-2 scale)
  • Deputy Manager (Finance): ₹40,000 to ₹1,40,000 (E-1 scale)

Selection Process

The selection process will be determined based on the number of applications and may include multiple stages.
