Eligibility Criteria
To become a part of PlanetSpark’s elite team of educators, you need to meet the following requirements:
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
- Teaching Commitment: Willing to work 6 days a week and dedicate at least 4 hours daily to teaching.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience teaching English.
- Tech-Savviness: Access to a laptop with a webcam and a stable WiFi connection is essential.
Roles and Responsibilities
As a PlanetSpark teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping young learners into confident speakers and writers. Here’s what your role entails:
- Demo Classes: Conduct engaging and impactful demo classes for prospective students.
- Teaching: Deliver lessons using PlanetSpark’s proven pedagogical methods.
- Feedback Sharing: Collaborate with counselors by providing insightful observations about students and their parents.
- Regular Classes: Conduct daily classes for enrolled students, following PlanetSpark’s curriculum meticulously.
Shift Timings
To cater to students across different time zones, we offer flexible shift timings:
- India: 3 PM to 8 PM
- Middle East/Europe: 3 PM to 11 PM
- US/Canada: 10 PM to 8 AM
Pay Structure
PlanetSpark values its educators and offers competitive pay:
- Regular Classes: INR 250 per hour.
- Incentive: Additional INR 100 per hour for classes held between 10 PM and 6 AM for international students.
