Job Purpose
The Centre Manager will play a critical role in promoting financial literacy, sourcing quality customers, ensuring smooth loan disbursements, and maintaining high collection efficiency. The position is pivotal in fostering strong relationships with customers while adhering to company policies and compliance guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Village Surveys and Prospecting
- Conduct surveys in selected villages to identify potential customers.
- Organize community briefings to explain Bajaj Finserv’s Microfinance (JLG) product offerings.
- Build relationships with community members to encourage participation.
- Customer Acquisition and Group Formation
- Source new customers in allocated locations.
- Form Joint Liability Groups (JLGs) to promote financial literacy and credit discipline.
- Collect and validate necessary documentation through the Loan Origination System (LOS).
- Loan Disbursement and Center Meetings
- Coordinate with the Branch Manager for loan approvals and the Credit Operations Officer for disbursements.
- Schedule and conduct center meetings, ensuring 100% participation.
- Address customer queries, promote loan top-ups, and cross-sell additional financial products.
- Portfolio Management and Collections
- Manage a portfolio of 450–500 customers, ensuring regular collections and loan repayments as per the schedule.
- Deposit recoveries at designated points and reconcile with credit and operations teams.
- Monitor the end use of loans to ensure compliance with organizational guidelines.
- Compliance and Reporting
- Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare daily task reports and submit them to the Branch Manager.
- Ensure zero audit findings by maintaining high compliance standards across the portfolio.
