Position Overview
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding the company’s regional client base. From understanding customer queries to generating leads and driving business growth, you will be at the forefront of Yanolja’s mission to deliver excellence in hospitality IT solutions.
This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a competitive salary ranging from ₹40,000 to ₹50,000 per month, along with a smart incentive plan, making it a rewarding opportunity for ambitious professionals.
Roles and Responsibilities
Your responsibilities as a BDM at Yanolja Cloud Solution will include:
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Engage with regional customers to address their queries and build strong relationships.
- Develop effective working relationships through regular meetings and proactive communication.
- Lead Generation and Conversion:
- Proactively generate local leads and follow up with hot and warm prospects to convert them into business opportunities.
- Work with the group marketing team to create campaigns that support sales strategies and generate new leads.
- Upselling and Business Planning:
- Plan and execute strategies to upsell products and services to existing customers.
- Continuously evaluate customer needs to suggest amendments and improvements to products.
- Travel and Regional Business Development:
- Travel across the region to understand local requirements and enhance business operations.
- Sales and Target Achievement:
- Expand the current prospect database within specific business sectors to exceed sales targets.
- Identify and leverage new business opportunities to support company growth.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate timely and effective reports for submission to the line manager.

What We’re Looking For
To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Experience:
- Minimum 1 year in sales, preferably in hotel sales.
- At least 3 years in business development and 5 years of total work experience.
- Expertise in end-to-end sales and marketing, including deal closure.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated success in sales and effective negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in English is required.

- Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday.
