Eligibility Criteria:
The eligibility criteria differ for each post level. The specifics are as follows:
For AGM/Dy CPM (AGM Level):
- Government Officers: Must be working in an equivalent role (Level-13A) or in Selection Grade (Level-13) with 12+ years of Group A service in the relevant field.
- PSU Officers: Should be in the Rs. 90,000–2,40,000 (IDA E6) pay scale with at least 4 years in that grade.
For JGM/Dy CPM (JGM Level):
- Government Officers: Must hold an equivalent role (Level-13) or be in Junior Administrative Grade (Level-12) with 8–12 years of Group A experience.
- PSU Officers: Should be in a comparable role or in the Rs. 80,000–2,20,000 (IDA E5) scale with 4+ years at that level.
For DGM/PM (DGM Level):
- Government Officers: Must be in Senior Scale (Level-11) or have 10+ years in Group B while holding a Level-10 post.
- PSU Officers: Should be in a matching role or in the Rs. 70,000–2,00,000 (IDA E4) bracket with 4+ years of service.
Age Limit: Applicants must be under 55 years as of the application deadline.
Salary and Allowances:
The selected candidates will be entitled to the following salary and allowances:
- Pay Scale: The selected candidate will receive their parent pay along with deputation allowance, in addition to other benefits and allowances as per DFCCIL’s policy.
This includes all the financial benefits, allowances, and other perks as per the organizational norms for deputation staff.
Selection Process:
The selection procedure for the positions will involve the following stages:
- Initial Screening: Applications will be screened for eligibility. Only those candidates who meet the eligibility requirements will be considered for further evaluation.
- Interview/Selection Board: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview or a selection board, where their qualifications, professional experience, and suitability for the roles will be assessed.
- Clearances: Candidates must submit vigilance clearance and a Disciplinary and Administrative (D&AR) clearance from their parent department.
