Central Bank of India, Regional Office Meerut, is seeking applications from qualified individuals for the role of Business Correspondent (BC) Supervisor on a contract basis for the fiscal year 2025-26. The selected candidates will be responsible for supervising Business Correspondent Agents to ensure effective banking services in rural and semi-urban areas of the Meerut region.

Eligibility Criteria
A. For Retired Bank Employees:
Retired officers (including those who took voluntary retirement) from any PSU, RRB, Private, or Co-operative Bank, up to the rank of Senior Manager or its equivalent.
Retired clerks or those in equivalent positions from Central Bank of India, holding a JAIIB qualification and a commendable service record.
Minimum 3 years of rural banking experience.
Maximum Age Limit:
Entry Age: Up to 64 years
Continuation Age: Up to 65 years
B. For Young Candidates:
Educational Qualification: A graduate with proficiency in computer applications (MS Office, email, and internet usage).
Preference: M.Sc. (IT), BE (IT), MCA, MBA.
Age Criteria: Applicants must be between 21 and 45 years old at the time of joining.
Maximum Age for Continuation:60 years.

Leave Policy:
30 paid leaves per year (2.5 days/month).
Extraordinary Leave (Unpaid): Up to 60 days in entire tenure.
TDS will be levied as per the applicable provisions of the current Income Tax laws.
Selection Process
Selection Mode:Interview-based (No written test).
Document Verification: KYC, CIBIL check, and police verification mandatory.
Candidates with past dismissals/fraud records will be rejected.
Job Responsibilities
Monitor BC Agents through digital dashboards and field visits.
Ensure target achievement in account opening, transactions, and recovery.
Conduct financial literacy programs in villages.
Submit monthly performance reports to the Regional Office.
Ensure compliance with banking regulations at BC points.
