The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) Ltd., a joint venture between the Government of India and the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, is a leading metro rail operator in India. DMRC is currently seeking qualified and experienced professionals for the positions of Assistant Manager/Manager (Signalling & Telecommunications) for its Mumbai Metro Project on a contractual basis.

Eligibility Criteria

A. For Post Retirement Contractual Engagement (PRCE) – Retired Professionals

• Age Limit: 55 to 62 years (as of 01 May 2025)
• Educational Qualification:
  • Manager (S&T): Full-time Diploma/Degree in Electronics & Communication, Computer Science, IT, Electrical, or Instrumentation (min. 60% marks).
  • Assistant Manager (S&T): Same as above.
• Experience:
  • Manager (S&T): 5 years in S&T at Gazetted/Executive level (Pay Level-11 or equivalent).
  • Assistant Manager (S&T): 3 years in S&T (Pay Level-9/10 or equivalent).

B. For Fixed Term Contractual Engagement (FTCE) – Working Professionals

• Age Limit: 18 to 40 years (relaxation as per GOI norms)
• Educational Qualification:
  • Manager (S&T): Full-time Degree in Electronics & Communication, Computer Science, IT, or Electrical (min. 60% marks).
  • Assistant Manager (S&T): Same as above.
• Experience:
  • Manager (S&T): 5 years in S&T (Executive level, min. CTC ₹8 LPA).
  • Assistant Manager (S&T): 1 year in S&T (Executive level, min. CTC ₹6 LPA).

Salary Details

A. For PRCE (Retired Professionals)

• Manager (S&T): ₹96,600 per month
• Assistant Manager (S&T): ₹75,100 per month

B. For FTCE (Working Professionals)

• Manager (S&T): ₹97,320 per month
• Assistant Manager (S&T): ₹81,100 per month
