The National High-Speed Rail Corporation Limited (NHSRCL) is a joint venture of the Government of India and Participating State Governments, established for the implementation of the high-speed rail corridor project in India. Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the position of Advisor (Fare & Ticketing Systems), candidates must meet the following criteria:

1. Retirement Status: Candidates must be retired from service in the following pay scales:
   • CDA Pay Scale: Rs. 37,400 – 67,000 (GP 10,000) (L-14) and above.
   • IDA Pay Scale: Rs. 120,000 – 280,000 and above.
2. Experience: At least 10 years of experience in developing and managing ticketing systems for Indian Railways or Metro Railways, including expertise in:
   • Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) systems.
   • Development of IT systems related to ticketing, mobile apps, payment gateways, and websites.
   • Knowledge of data integrity, data security, and IT system integration with hardware components for ticketing systems.

Salary & Benefits

The salary for this position will be based on a consolidated fee as per NHSRCL’s company policy. Compensation and benefits will be tailored based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and professional experience.

Selection Process

The selection process for this role will involve the following steps:

1. Shortlisting: Based on the eligibility criteria, NHSRCL will shortlist candidates for further evaluation.
2. Personal Interaction: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interaction, which will include a brief presentation by the candidates about their experience and handling of similar responsibilities.
3. Final Selection: The final selection will be made based on the candidate’s presentation, performance in the interaction, and their qualifications.
